Club Penguin is putting in new servers if you go to http://www2.clubpenguin.com/down/.
But if you go to http://www.miniclip.com/games/club-penguin/en/ Club Penguin is working but there aren’t new servers. Also they put in their new logo, the edit account thing is different and the sky is lighter than usual.
